Accessing your calibration certificates
As a System Scale customer, you will have exclusive access to CalVault, our free account management system. CalVault can help you keep track of billing, purchases, work orders, and more.
CalVault helps customers:
- Seamlessly manage and retrieve critical data. Easily download invoices, work orders, equipment details, certificates, and more in a user-friendly interface.
- Maintain compliance and simplify auditing. CalVault always has the most accurate and up-to-date certificates readily available, so you’ll have everything you need come auditing season.
- Save time. Tired of scouring paper trails? CalVault stores all important information about your scale system in one centralized place so you can spend time on more important tasks.
How do I set up a CalVault account?
After your next work order is completed, you will receive an email containing an invitation to set up your CalVault account, where you can access new test certificates from now on.
How do I access my old Calibration test certificates?
The Premier Scales Customer Information Site will remain active for now. You can access all of your past test certificates using the Calibration Certificates Login.
